Project Description

Acentric functions as the bulk of Manhattan Mortgage's IT department, including serving in the roles traditionally designated for CIO and CTO. Acentric works closely with senior management to define technology objectives and set strategies for achieving them. Having helped to define the IT projects that should be undertaken, we then manage the implementation of those projects and even provide much of the staffing. We have concentrated on two overall principles when defining strategy objectives for Manhattan Mortgage: to concentrate on projects that add business value, and to undertake proactive initiatives that reduce the amount of reactive support required. Since taking on this role several years ago, Acentric has steadily improved the performance of Manhattan Mortgage's IT systems and has simultaneously reduced annual support costs by more than 50%.
